Data Storage

Your data is transmitted and stored in third-party applications. These applications allow us to provide a smooth experience when requesting a service from us. The third party applications are listed below.

Netlify & Netlify Forms - Capture and store the data entered in to the form present on our website. We maintain an up to date Data Processing Agreement with Netlify which can be provided on request. Netlify has appointed VeraSafe as their EU representative with regard to data protection matters. VeraSafe can be contacted here

Integromat - Transmit data from the Netlify form to our data storage. All data transmitted is confidential and removed after processing. Integromat also is granted access to your provided Email address and assigned repair number in order to provide email updates to yourself throughout your repair. Integromat does utilise data storage in order to process your data, these data stores are cleared after each process and no data is retained long term.

Airtable - Captures your data and stores it for us to manage and track services internally. We maintain a data processing agreement with Airtable which can be provided on request. Personal data is voided 2 years after entry, this is used to ensure we can offer guarantees on our work, alongside continuous aftercare. Technical information pertaining to your device is not removed.

You have the right for your data to be removed from these services at any time. Data is not stored on external services for longer than two years.

Log Files

CDR follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
